Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest route if you still have NAVA installed.
- Open the NAVA app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Option 2 — Request by email
Use this if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. No reinstall required.

- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request
- Include the phone number registered to your NAVA account so we can locate it
We verify every request before acting on it, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. We may contact you on your registered number to confirm.
What gets deleted

What we keep, and for how long

How long it takes
We acknowledge every deletion request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered. If you subscribe through Google Play, cancel your subscription separately in the Play Store — deleting your NAVA account does not cancel Play billing.
