These Terms of Service govern your use of the website https://www.navaai.in/ only. They are separate from the Terms of Use that govern the NAVA mobile application, which are provided within the app itself.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Vital Links Pvt. Ltd. (“NAVA,” “Vital Links,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website https://www.navaai.in/ (the “Website”), including any content, features, forms, or functionality offered on it.

The Website is operated by Vital Links Pvt. Ltd., a company based in India. The Website provides information about NAVA, a wellness-focused mobile application built around AI-assisted face scanning, and allows visitors to learn about NAVA, join an early-access or waitlist program, read editorial content (our “Journal”), and get in touch with our team.

The Website itself does not provide the NAVA face-scan or wellness features — those are available only through the separate NAVA mobile application, which is governed by its own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
