These Terms of Service govern your use of the website https://www.navaai.in/ only. They are separate from the Terms of Use that govern the NAVA mobile application, which are provided within the app itself.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Vital Links Pvt. Ltd. (“NAVA,” “Vital Links,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website https://www.navaai.in/ (the “Website”), including any content, features, forms, or functionality offered on it.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. About NAVA

The Website is operated by Vital Links Pvt. Ltd., a company based in India. The Website provides information about NAVA, a wellness-focused mobile application built around AI-assisted face scanning, and allows visitors to learn about NAVA, join an early-access or waitlist program, read editorial content (our “Journal”), and get in touch with our team.

The Website itself does not provide the NAVA face-scan or wellness features — those are available only through the separate NAVA mobile application, which is governed by its own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Website or submit information through it. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are doing so with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing content, learning about NAVA, joining the early-access waitlist, and contacting our team.

5. Early Access / Waitlist Program

The Website may allow you to sign up for early access to the NAVA mobile application or to related updates. Submitting your details:

Does not guarantee access to the App, a particular launch date, or any specific feature.
Does not create any contractual right to use the App, which will separately be governed by the App’s own Terms of Use upon download.
May result in us contacting you by email, phone, or message regarding NAVA, unless you opt out or ask us to stop.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the NAVA name and logo, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, design, layout, and underlying software — is owned by or licensed to Vital Links Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
