NAVA is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

1. Acceptance

By using NAVA, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. About NAVA

NAVA provides: vitals scanning (rPPG), wellness signals, nutritional meal analysis, personalised recommendations, and family health monitoring — all as wellness estimates, never clinical measurements.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

NAVA IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. All readings are estimates and signals, not diagnoses. Not a substitute for professional medical advice. Not regulated by CDSCO or any regulatory body. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Eligibility

18+ to use independently. Under 18 requires parental consent. Valid Indian phone number required.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for account security. You may delete your account anytime via Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not: use for clinical diagnosis, share others’ data without consent, reverse-engineer the app, or circumvent security.

7. Family Sharing

Data sharing is off by default. Each member consents independently. Consent can be withdrawn anytime. Alerts are wellness prompts, not medical alerts.

8. Subscriptions

Free and paid tiers. In-app purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Auto-renews unless cancelled.

9. Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy. Data stored in India, never sold, deletable anytime. DPDP Act 2023 compliant.

10. Limitation of Liability

NAVA is provided “as is”. We are not liable for health decisions based on the app. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Laws of India. Courts of New Delhi, India.
